| Description: | Semi Automatic Machine for packing products of various sizes using heat shrinking film, with or without carton support. The machine consists of single module on which pusher, film reels, sealer unit heat shrinking tunnel are installed, in order to allow the machine occupy as little space as possible. The product is placed manually onto the working surface in front of the pusher and a push-button, which can be easily reached by the operator, is pressed in and is wrapped at the same by means of a "sleeve" system which is powered by two reels mounted on motor driven unwinding units. During the return phase of the pusher the sealing bar descends in order to seal and then cut the film. At the same time the tunnel chain stops. During this phase the product is held by a clamping unit in order to avoid the product to be divided up. Once the sealing procedure is completed, the chain transporting the product inside the tunnel for the shrinking operations, starts running again, while the machine is pre-set in order to load the following product. The movement of the pusher, the sealing bar and clamping unit, in order to block the product, are pneumatic and operate automatically. The tunnel is heated by the means of the finned armored resistance. The air circulation inside the chamber is obtained by means of a closed circuit fan system, without using air from the environment. The oven chain is variable speed controlled by means of an inverter which is positioned on the control board. The temperature of the oven and the sealing bar are controlled by sensors connected to heat regulators which permit the adjustment of the temperature from outside. | |
